Lack of breastfeeding costs lives, billions of dollars

A new study shows if mothers breastfeed their children for the first six months it can save 1000 of lives and billions of dollars. For the best growth possible this is the best thing you can do for your child, says The World Health Organization. Not only can this be better for your baby but it also can be better for you. It can help to save a lot of money that you would have been spending on formula. This made me think in the future when i have a child whether or not i will breastfeed. Although more then half percent women will start off breast feeding when their newborn is born the precentage gets lower and lower as the months go by. I find this article very interesting and it could definatley give you something to think about.
