i think this is very interesting and useful to know. vitamin d never does any harm to take and its very easy to consume daily.
ReplyDeletewell of course vitamin d is good for you! thats why they tell you that its alright to go tanning, but then again it is also bad because it can cause cancer in the skin at the same time. But if there are pills that contain vitamin d then why not go for it and take them!
