A possible treatment for leukemia

Researchers have observed that a compound found in brocoli, and other vegetables, called sulforaphane can reduce acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells in the body. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is a cancer within white blood cells, when leukiocytes are identified as younger lymphocytes. Some like, Dr. Daniel Lacorazza, believe that this compound can be used for a treatment and a preventative measure for tumors themselves. Although Doctors do not know how this could react with blood cancers, and this may only work for certain types. When cancer cells were distributed with the sulforaphane compound the cancer cells died off, and the cells remaining were those of healthy donors. This compund though is a concentrated form. This is great, especially if this can eliminate it completely.
